Hyundai only announced its new Tucson SUV two weeks ago, but the Korean marque has already revealed a sportier N Line version.
Set to be a core part of the fifth-generation Tucson range from the outset, the N Line gets a dynamic makeover both inside and out.
The N Line should suffer any compromises as a family SUV, as Hyundai says there will be no mechanical changes to the regular version.
Instead, the Tucson N Line offers a slightly showier take on the Tucson’s already striking ‘Art of Steel’ design language.
Extra presence for Tucson N Line

“The all-new Tucson already makes a bold statement“, says Xavier Martinet, CEO of Hyundai Motor Europe.
“With N Line, we take that character further: a lower, sharper stance, exclusive 20-inch wheels and a performance-inspired interior give it real presence. It is a more expressive Tucson for customers who want their SUV to stand out.”
The N Line exterior package includes a more angular front bumper, combined with a pronounced chin spoiler.
Satin black is used for the air intakes and lower bodywork, extending into shaplier side skirts and a larger rear diffuser.
Other exterior highlights include a set of bespoke 20-inch alloy wheels, twin exhaust tailpipes, gloss black door mirrors and gloss black detailing on the C-pillars. A set of N Line badges completes the makeover.
N Line is sportier on the inside, too

Inside, the new Tucson N Line has an all-black design theme, with red stitching providing some contrast throughout the SUV’s cabin.
A pair of sports seats are clad in a combination of suede and leather, with thicker bolsters said to provide ‘enhanced cornering support’.
The steering wheel is an exclusive N Line item, with perforated leather hand grips, red stitching and dark metal inserts, while the sportier Tucson also gains metal pedal covers.
When it arrives in 2027, the Tucson N Line will be available with all the same powertrains as the regular car.
This means a choice between three varieties of a 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine, with mild-hybrid, full-hybrid or plug-in hybrid options. The range-topping PHEV develops 292hp and can cover 42 miles on battery power alone.
UK prices for the new Hyundai Tucson N Line will be announced in the near future.
