World Car of the Year 2014 nominees revealed

The final nominations for the 2014 World Car awards have been revealed – and once again, our man Peter Burgess is a juror…

Honouring the very best cars on the planet, the World Car of the Year awards is the ONLY global prize that deals with every new car launched onto the market.

Peter, along with the rest of his fellow jurors, will now begin the rigorous regime of testing all the nominated cars between now and February 2014, to draw up a shortlist. After a round of voting, the top three finalists in each category will be revealed at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.

The overall World Car of the Year winners will then be revealed at the New York International Auto Show in  on 17 April 2014.
