New car buyers are now able to pick up a Vauxhall Adam for just £99 a month.
The deal is through the manufacturer’s flexible personal lease scheme. Following an initial payment of £1,980, buyers can drive away in a 1.2-litre Vauxhall Adam Jam for two years.
Perks include road tax paid for the duration of the lease, and AA Roadside Assistance.
There’s a limit of 8,000 miles a year – excess mileage is charged at £0.09 per mile. So, cover 9,500 miles instead of 8,000 and you’ll have to fork out an extra £135.
At the end of the two years, you return the car and, if there’s no damage other than usual wear and tear, you won’t be expected to make any more payments.
Given the super-low monthly payments and lack of commitment, is this tempting? Or would you still rather go for a PCP and have the option of owning the car? Let us know…
