The in-demand new Fiat, which goes on sale this summer, is now Washington’s car for two years; it’s also featured heavily in a 10-page feature in the June 2016 edition of Playboy.
Washington also gets $100,000 as part of her prize, along with the title of Playmate of the Year 2016.
The 124 Spider is the latest Playboy prize car that’s part of a tradition dating back to the 1960s. Previous Playmates of the Year have been given MINIs, Jaguars, BMWs, Corvettes, even Chevrolet trucks and motorcycles to use.
The 57th Playmate of the Year, Washington’s career began in 2006 when she appeared on America’s Next Top Model, finishing in the top three. She’s since gone on to appear in campaigns for brands including Lexus and, this summer, will launch her own organic hair care line, DTMH: Don’t Touch My Hair.
Washington seems not to have commented on how delighted she is by her prize car but, pictured outside the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, she seems pleased enough. And Fiat? Over the moon with the association, we’re certain.
