Provided buyers can find a 50% deposit for the new car, which costs from £18,495 and arrives in dealers from 29 August, Mazda will offer all models with interest-free finance, over 12, 24 and 36-month terms.

For those who don’t quite have a minimum of £9,250 to put down on the new car, Mazda’s also launching a 5.9% APR finance deal that has no minimum deposit.
Available over 24, 30, 36 or 42 months, the PCP deal is also offered on all variants.
“We are already seeing a high number of pre-order customers and we’re delighted to offer customers some excellent finance offers across the all-new Mazda MX-5 range,” said Mazda UK sales director Peter Allibon.
“With no minimum deposit on PCP, our customers are able to choose the deposit and monthly payment that best suits their budget, meaning a sports car has never been so attractive, or affordable, especially with 0% APR available on conditional sale.”
