Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has announced a ‘deal or no deal’ Brexit price promise, guaranteeing prices whatever happens on October 31.
All Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo and Jeep cars ordered before October 31 will have their prices fixed, ‘come what may’. There will not be any pre-delivery price rise surprises.
If you order after that date, there is no guarantee on frozen prices. However, if your delivery date is after October 31, the price is to remain concrete.
What the promise does not account for are currency fluctuations or tariffs outside of the manufacturer’s control.
The ‘Deal or No Deal’ offer applies to all brands and models in FCA range. Whether you’re buying a Fiat 500 or a Jeep Wrangler. All you need to do, as above, is order by October 31.
“We’re aware that questions around Brexit may cause concern for customers buying cars from European brands,” said Arnaud Leclerc, managing director of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK.
“But our ‘Deal or No Deal’ campaign will reassure our customers that the price of the car they order won’t change, even for post-Brexit deliveries.
“Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will support customers during the Brexit transition period by ensuring that no matter what happens in the coming weeks, we’ll keep our prices exactly where they are.”
