The pace of progress at Aston Martin can be summarised neatly with the maximum torque achieved by the 5.2-litre V12 twin-turbo engine. A figure of 664lb-ft of torque surpasses that achieved by the limited-edtion One-77, sold by Aston less than a decade ago at a price in excess of £1 million.
