The upmarket rival to the Nissan Juke, Renault Captur and Peugeot 2008 will be offered in a range of 15 models, including a top-line La Premiere launch edition.
That variant will cost as much as £33,950.
DS will offer the DS3 Crossback with regular petrol and diesel engines – quickly followed later in 2019 with the E-Tense battery electric version. This is likely to cost even more than £33,950.
The car’s designers reckon it has a premium appearance, thanks to its distinctive LED daytime running lights, non-visible weather strips on the doors, flush-fit doorhandles and matrix LED vision headlamps.
There’s also premium-like customisation, with 10 body colours, nine types of alloy wheel and three roof colours. Inside, there are five different ‘DS Inspirations’.
